This is the homepage for Trisha Doyle (nee. Mizusawa). The images below are examples of the types of research
projects I have worked on. Top left is an artist's rendition of an interactin binary system, in this case it is used to
describe a cataclysmic variable. Top right is an example of spectral energy distributions of a star, a continuous
dusty disk and a star with a debris disk which is separated from the star itself. Both of the disks cause an excess
in the infrared emission in the spectral energy distribution plot. Middle left is a Spitzer image of a possibly
barred spiral galaxy. Middle right is an old nova shell around AT Cancri. The bottom left image is of winds of a
Wolf-Rayet star, an example of stellar winds in massive stars.
