BIO:
I am here in Melbourne, Florida all the way from sunny Los Angeles. I went to UC Davis for my undergraduate education and decided to go somewhere warm for graduate school. So here I am working on my M.S. in I/O Psychology.
In my free time I enjoy skating, surfing, playing guitar, running and hanging out with friends. Also, I have a small obsession with pirates, in case that wasn't apparent.

Research Interests:
My research interests are in applicant faking. More specifically I am interested in how self-efficacy predicts applicant faking behavior. I am also interested in self-regulation and how individual differences affect resource depletion.
