I am a graduate student at the Florida Institute of Technology, where I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) in 2004.

As a graduate student, I spend a great deal of my time conducting research.  My primary area of interest is the use of personality assessments in personnel selection.  More specifically, I have spent most of my time researching the issue of applicant faking.

Recently, I had the opportunity to co-edit a book featuring a collection of chapters on applicant faking.  The book, A Closer Examination of Applicant Faking Behavior, is available from Information Age Publishing.
