Faculty Senate Equity Pay Committee

This committee meets on an as-needed basis at times scheduled by the chair.
The purpose of the committee is to address pay equity issues including
those involving rank, gender, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, seniority, etc.
Each year, 3% of the entire salary pool is allocated to addressing pay inequities
so that our salaries may some day become competitive with our peer universities.
This is in addition to the 3% associated with normal inflation adjustment raises
and the 3% raise for promotion to associate professor and 5% raise for
promotion to full professor.
