Aid senior students in completing their ocean engineering senior design projects.

The Center for Corrosion and Biofouling Control specializes in education and research that promotes an understanding and improvement for the design of corrosion and bio-fouling control systems. Past and current projects include:  1.  The development of test protocol and hydrodynamic models to evaluate new generation nontoxic antifouling coatings. (Office of Naval Research, Dow Corning Corporation and General Electric) 2.  The development of new materials for aquaculture nets. (DuPont Canada) - Research Assistanceship
