The Florida Space Coast Clean Cities Coalition in conjunction with Traviss Technical Center is conducting an alternative fuel vehicle training workshop. The workshop will be hosted by and held at the Florida Solar Energy Center in Cocoa, Florida at 1679 Clearlake Road.
Clean Cities is a U.S. Department of Energy nationwide initiative to encourage the use of alternative fuels, infrastructure and vehicles. Space Coast Coalition and Traviss Technical Center are members of the National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium Program. The workshop is sponsored by National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium, U.S. Department of Energy, General Motors and Honda.
The purpose of the workshop is to introduce alternative fuel technologies, vehicles and infrastructure to promote the use and implementation of alternative fuel vehicles (AFV).
