 Two hulls, stepped and nonstepped can be propelled by trolling electric motors.

The PowerPoint presentation shows various configurations using batteries or direct power sources. The power sources are a 30W solar panel, a gasoline-powered generator, a pedal cycle, and potentially, a hydrogen fuel cell.

Logically, "Toot" should be the chase boat for the competition.
