Solar Music Fair Directions

Florida Tech is located at 150 West University Blvd, Melbourne, Florida, which may be accessed from Babcock St. and from US 1. The Crawford Science Tower is seven stories high and a good landmark. Melbourne is on the east coast, about 50 miles southeast of Orlando on US 192 and about 30 miles south of Cape Canaveral on US 1. Interstate 95 passes through West Melbourne. The I-95 exit at Palm Bay Road provides access to Palm Bay Road, then take Babcock St. north, and Florida Tech is about three miles north on the west side. Turn at University Blvd. traffic light by the Mobile station.

Florida Tech (a.k.a. the Florida Institute of Technology) is located at 150 West University Blvd., Melbourne, Florida. The venue is southwest of Clemente Center, accessible from Country Club Rd., one block west of Babcock St. Parking is available south of the Clemente Center on University Blvd. This may be seen between buildings 32 and 41 on the campus map at http:\\www.fit.edu/visitors/images/index2.jpg.

  Transportation:

Melbourne International Airport (MLB) is about 2 miles north, and Orlando International Airport (OIA or MCO) is about 55 miles northwest via 520 from Cocoa or via US 192 from Melbourne.

Greyhound Bus Service is available at the Melbourne Airport.

Cabs are available at the airport.
