Homework (Being updated for 2009)Homework is to be turned in at the start of the class when it is due, even if I should forget to ask for it! You will lose points if it is late. Missing homework counts as zero in your average scores.
Homework Assignments
Assigned work is assigned a grade of "0" if not turned in on the due date; to regain credit although losing points for being late, turn it in the next class. You lose 10% per class if late.

General Homework Instructions
Text homework is to be done in MS Word, space 1.5 lines, New Times Roman, 11 font. Set margins to 1 inch all around. Be certain that your name and date are at the top. Use a centered title for the homework. Turn it in at the beginning of the class when it is due.
Term Paper Details

Very roughly, some 3 to 5 pages (excluding all back matter such as references) might be about right for a single-person effort. Figures and tables must be useful and not just stuffed in to make it longer.
